The Partners and Staff
Robert Bailey, the son of the Firm's founder, heads the Conveyancing and Probate Department. With over 25 years experience he is ably assisted by his father Tom - our Founder and Consultant Solicitor who continues to attend on a daily basis.

Anthony Curzon, with over 30 years experience heads the Civil Litigation Department dealing primarily with Personal Injury Work, Accident Claims and Court actions. As Her Majesty's Deputy Coroner for Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire his experience of accidents is second to none. Assisted by Julie Myford, Solicitor for the last six years, a formidable team to pursue any P.I. Claim. Anthony also has many years experience in Licensing Law, conducting cases personally through to the Crown Court.

David Moore is a Specialist Family Lawyer with over 25 years experience. A member of the Solicitors Family Law Association and one of the first in the country to achieve accreditation to the Law Society Family Law Panel. Was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1990. David also conducts a caseload of other Litigation primarily Employment matters.

The Firm has the benefit of a Legal Aid Franchise to conduct quality assured family work and a general Legal Help Contract.

Our support staff are loyal almost beyond belief. Our Senior Assistant having been with us over 30 years, only our Receptionist has less than 5 years service.
